  1. ● Electron- and Hole-Doped Electronic State Phase Diagram of High-Temperature Superconductors
  2. ● The phase diagram of high-temperature superconductors shows significant changes in properties with varying doping concentration.
  3. ● On the left side, the diagram represents the electron-doped region, and on the right side, the hole-doped region.
  4. ● The undoped parent compounds and materials with low carrier doping behave as Mott insulators with three-dimensional long-range antiferromagnetic ordering.
  5. ● As doping increases, the material transitions from an insulator to a conductive state.
  6. ● A notable region appears called the pseudogap region, where a partial energy gap exists in the normal (non-superconducting) state.
  7. ● With further increase in carrier concentration, the material becomes a high-temperature superconductor.
  8. ● Beyond the optimal doping level, the material gradually transitions into a Fermi liquid, representing a normal metallic state with conventional electronic properties.
